The Royal College of Surgeons

Edinburgh’s Royal College of Physicians is undergoing a £3.5million redevelopment, due to be completed later this year. As well as improving accessibility to the stunning Great Hall and historic rooms, the development will deliver enhanced conferencing facilities for the 300-seat Conference Centre, one of the largest, tiered auditoria of its kind in Edinburgh.

Launching in September 2018, impress your clients with a truly unique dining experience on a former lighthouse boat, which is being transformed to create Scotland's first ‘boatique’ hotel. This 237ft long ship will provide an exciting new events venue for the city. The spectacular double height ballroom seats 80 guests and features a moveable skylight. Fingal can be exclusively yours - making it the perfect space for brand and product launches, and private celebrations.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Vapiano opened its Edinburgh restaurant in November 2017 – the first of the franchise to open in Scotland. Comprising of three floors, Vapiano is a laid-back restaurant full of conversation and great, fresh food. 

The Ivy on the Square

The prestigious Ivy on the Square restaurant opened in September 2017 on the city’s St Andrew Square. An all-day British brasserie, the restaurant has 130 seats and all the glamour of its London counterpart.
