Tender Opportunity - Expressions of Interest

Expressions of interest are sought for the tenders for a freelance Business Development / Marketing consultant and an Events/Conferences consultant for a period of 12 months commencing February/March 2012 to work towards the re-opening of the refurbished Brunton Hall in Musselburgh following a £3.5 million capital programme. The consultants will develop new business and audiences/customers for the venue in line with business plan projections.

The project will be managed by East Lothian Council's Arts Service.

We anticipate that the value of each consultancy will not exceed £20,000 including expenses (excluding VAT). Tenders can be submitted for either or both of the consultant roles.

Tenders will be required from specialist marketing/ business development consultants and events/conferences consultants with relevant knowledge, skills and experience. Consultants will be required to register with Public Contracts Scotland.
